We are a global hedge fund manager with $3 billion assets under management seeking a talented professional to join the Long Equity investment team as Senior Analyst. This is a rare opportunity for an outstanding individual to join a well-established and fast-growing hedge fund manager with a long track record of success as part of a diverse, stable and experienced investment team. This is a core position within the investment team with significant potential for development.

Role, Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the investment committee, the senior analyst is expected to contribute to the analysis, execution, and coverage of investment opportunities. This includes both deep independent investment analysis and direct engagement with company executives and industry experts. Specific responsibilities include:

Performing business analysis and due diligence processes
Contributing to the development of successful investment theses and financial valuation
Regularly conferring with management teams and industry experts globally
Contributing to informed and considerate debate within the team
Interacting with sophisticated investors

Requirements

Exceptional academic record from a top tier university or business school
3 - 5 years of professional experience at a top business consulting, private equity, M&A or buy-side investment management firm
Strong business sense with financial analysis skills
Ability to process large amounts of data and unstructured information
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bloomberg
Fluency in spoken and written English essential, French and/or another language a plus
Proactive attitude and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation
CFA a plus
